what is a prayer journal?  Written Record of the Father speaking to you spiritually, not your thoughts to the Father

How do I write a prayer journal? Get a notebook, write daily what the Father says to you while you read the scripture. When do I write? Daily at quiet time while reading scriptures. How do I know when the Father is speaking to you? By doing the journal for 21 days straight you will develop the spiritual ear. You will become sensitive to his voice, like when someone familiar to you calls.

The Father’s voice will never be contrary to His Word.

    John3.16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

What part of the scriptures to read at quiet time

    1 John, Psalms or Proverbs

What about thoughts that are not from the Father

    write them down to exhaust them from thinking about them.

    yours and no one else

   your personal inspired word of God
