A harrowing account of growing up under communism in the Ukraine, Jake's book is a wake-up call for all Americans who value their freedom and liberty.

As Jake notes: "I am a Soviet born American Jew. I was born in and left Soviet Union, while it was and in some cases still is, oppressive and socialist nation. I love America and being an American. I could never understand, why would people willingly give up their freedom!!"
