"BUT GOD"  Ephesians 2:1-10

It’s amazing and not so amazing that Paul was talking to Christians and we know this because He said you hath He quickened. Before you were saved you walked according to the world’s standards, the bible describes the world in 1 John 15:16 which  says  16 For all that is in the world — the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life — is not of the Father, but is of the world. The bible teaches us that we are in the world but not of the world. Which means physically present in it—but not of it, not partakers of its values. We now should walk not after the flesh, but after the spirit. God is allowing us to be in the world but living in the kingdom of God as His Holy people to be a light to help guide other as our light so shine and other see our good work, God will get the glory. Being “in” the world also does not mean we can’t enjoy the things of the world, such as the beautiful creation God has given us, but we are not to immerse ourselves in the world values, nor are we to chase after worldly pleasures. Pleasure is no longer our calling in life.

change your want apatite just for the asking. God wants us to enjoy all His bountiful blessing; whatever you need God got it. The prince of the power of the air which is Satan should only be working in the children of disobedience. We fulfilled the desires of the flesh, even as others sinners. When Adams sinned sin entered the world and Adams received a sin nature and it has been passed on the all generations. The Jews thought they were special or better, because they are God’s chosen people, and the Gentiles were worst, but both were sinful.
