The main difference between the beliefs concerning salvation by grace through faith teaches that men obtain salvation out of God's good grace alone, whereas those who believe that you are saved by your works believes that a person can earn salvation through good works. Grace is mentioned only 38 times in the OT with emphasis on the works of God, not man. The New Testament’s makes abundant references to grace which comes to man through Jesus Christ. No code of laws or sacrificial acts can secure our salvation 2 Timothy 1:9 says: Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began. When God sows His Spirit and His Word into our hearts, we can expect divine fruit to be produced good works. Just as God’s grace pours abundantly upon our lives, our works will then overflow as blessings into the lives of others. Grace and works cannot co-exist. Are you living today by grace or by your works? Have you received Jesus Christ by faith and the salvation that He brings?

Come and join us in the comfort of you home, as we explore the Word of God together,
