If God is for you who can be against you

The leaders of Babylonia were jealous of Daniel and his friends because even though they were in captivity, they began to excel even more than them. God let’s His people know that He is always working things out for their good, even in the mist of our trails. While you are waiting for a breakthrough God’s provisions are always present, if God is for you who can be against you. They came up with a plan that would cause them to denounce their God.  They went to the king and convinced him to make a decree that declared that when everyone heard a certain sound of music should fall down and worship their gods and the golden image.  If not obeyed would be cast in a burning fiery furnace. The Three Hebrew Boys, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego ignored the command.
