When you pray:

     1) See the outcome that you want.

     2) See what prevents you and make you feel unworthy.

          Face, accept what it really is, let it go it is in the past;                     giving yourself permission to not let it have control                         anymore, whether you did it and it was done to you

     3) Receive the request that we have from him. . .
