Listen to their stories of hard work, determination and the sweet taste of success! These women manage their personal lives, and business lives with fabulosity and flair! Tonight's special guest is ANGELA DAVIS! Angela, born Angela Michelle Davis attended Grambling State University where she graduated with honors having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications. She’s the co-owner of Jersey Girl, a lifestyle brand for women who like to watch sports. She’s also passionate about acting, modeling and writing. She’s appeared in Single in the City on Women’s Entertainment (WE) network, Tyler Perry’s House of Payne, Drop Dead Diva, and various commercials, print and voice-over work. She’s currently studying and teaching at the Professional Actor’s Studio and is currently finishing her first screen play, Reaching. Staying this busy leaves little time for her to pamper herself, but she finds joy in giving back to the community. She’s served as a mentor for the past 5 years, and she is always working in the community through her affiliations with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. the Atlanta Junior League, and Antioch Baptist Church North. In addition she’s a member of Women In Sports and Events (WISE) and is president of her Home Owners Association. Where there’s spare time, she enjoys traveling, dancing and shopping. She says she can’t live without daily prayer, football Sundays, quiet walks in Piedmont Park, her cat Jhett and her morning workout. Angela says the key to life is a personal relationship with God and believes that life isn’t a dress rehearsal. She lives by two personal mottos: “The minute you settle for less, you instantly get less than what you’ve settled for” and “God has placed within you all you need to be successful—quit outsourcing.”
