We've all heard the saying before!!! "Know when to shut your "PIE HOLE"  I'm sure this is something we all can relate to... 

Have you ever been around "THAT" person who just doesn't know when to "SHUT UP" They always have something to complain about... Someone has did them and injustice... The entire world simply owes them and explanation...

We truthfully understand that "Complaining" is inevitable throughout our lives... So I ask... Is there a "PROPER" way to express your concerns effectively... Why do you feel people just don't understand when to shut the H#$$ UP!!!
