February 6, 2019 —Larry Penner, a transportation historian, advocate, and writer who previously worked for the US Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration Region 2 NY Office for 31 years attends the opening segment of the broadcast day. His work included the review, approval and oversight for billions of dollars in capital assistance grants to the MTA, including Metro North.
