WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — Political Analyst Michael Edelman, Esq., attends the broadcast with insight and analysis of President Trump’s perspective reported by mainstream media to be contemplating either pulling the plug or letting the federal program DACA expire, referred to as the Dreamers Act or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival. A hornets nest that could sting. Does DACA reveal the disparity in law vis-a-vis illegal immigration and the indigenous American born poor who have not gained similar opportunity. Has America’s promise to its citizenry been proven to be espoused in words but not in equal opportunity in law and in deed? Will the next generational battles be fought over the definition, conduct, and outcome of American values?

Trump has granted a presidential pardon to former Sheriff Joe Arpaio, of Maricopa County, Arizona. Arpaio is being pardoned for criminal contempt charges for disobeying a 2011 court order that ordered him to stop detaining people based on his suspicions they were undocumented immigrants in what critics have called racist and discriminatory practices. The memo mentions his “admirable” and “selfless public service.” Listen in from 10-10:30am.

Yonkers Tribune Editor-in-Chief Hezi Aris delves into other local, national, and international news with commentary and analysis for the balance of the broadcast. Listen from 10:30am-12Noon.
