WESTCHESTER, NY -- A comment by an anonymous poster asserting he is only known on the Yonkers Tribune Website as "Justin Case" on Monday divulged that he has been allegedly identified despite the fact that the comments he wrote and he attributes to himself cannot be traced to him by his false email. He suggests City Hall knows who he us.  It is also a legal requirement when requesting information posted by a specific IP address that a judge needs to be advised the cause and rationale for identifying the person whose comment was made. Only a judge can grant that right. Radio Host Hezi Aris advises that since very few people within Yonkers City Hall and the Yonkers Board of Education are denied access to the Yonkers Tribune when attempting to do so using City of Yonkers equipment for many years now, because almost everyone using City owned equipment is denied access to our Website. If memory serves me well, I do not recollect anyone making a statement that has threatened anyone's life. I suspect that would be a credible rationale for a judge to grant access to the identity of a person associated with a specific IP address. This telling is a  tactic to undermine the Yonkers Tribune's integrity suggesting Yonkers City Hall is worried about the integrity and gravitas of the reporting.
