NYS Assemblyman David DiPietro is our first guest. He gives us an update to the issue first broached in the article, "18 Assemblymembers Ask A.G. Schneiderman to Speak Up and Explain His Stance on Whistleblower Lawsuit Pending Against Citigroup".

The lawsuit alleges the mega-bank shortchanged New York State $800 million in taxes between 2010 and 2012. We explore the circumstances that are worth $2.4 billion when treble penalties are imposed as per legislation written by NYS Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

Hezi Aris engages in hyper-local, national and international news and analysis from 10:30-11:30am. We also speak to the 18 percent sales tax revenue increase over the NYS tabulated figures for the January to May 2016 timeframe.

Mount Vernon Mayor Richard Thomas attends the broadcast day at 11:30am in discussion over issues that consumed the Special City Council Meeting called for June 22nd during which some members of the public had cried out for the resignation of Deputy Mount Vernon Police Commissioner Joseph Spiezio, Police Commissioner Ralph Fatigue, and Planning Commissioner Shawyn Paterson Howard. We ask Mayor Thomas to advise what is behind the contentiousness, challenging rivalry, and the seemingly conflicted circumstances of City Councilman Andre Wallace, Inspector General Mike Khader, who was one-time counsel for Spiezio's carting companies and other businesses. Must Khader recuse himself from any inquiry demanded of the I.G.office.

Your participation is shamelessly solicited; call (347) 205-9201.
