Bill Nuckel, recent Yonkers Mayoral candidate, opens the Friday BlogTalkRadio platform-based featured program Westchester on the Level with Narog and Aris opens at 10am. Hezi Aris is the host. Mr. Nuckel will discuss Mayor Spano's proposed FY 2016-17 Budget that would increase the Yonkers’ Real Estate Transfer Tax from 1.5% to 3%, better known as the Yonkers Exit Tax. While not acceptable, the 1.5% tax has been tolerated, but now insanity has taken over!
