NYS Senator George Latimer attends the Westchester On the Level with Narog and Aris broadcast at 10:30am EST on January 29, 2016,in telling of his call to action in the adoption of Ethics legislation to govern the conduct and culture of the bicameral New York State Legislature. There is an urgency in his voice.
