Dr. Fred Hernández, candidate for the Democratic Party’s nomination for Mayor of the City of Yonkers, opens the Westchester On the Level broadcast day on Friday, July 24, at 10am ET. 

New York State Senator George Latimer joins the program with oversight of his most recent efforts at 10:30am; think flooding mitigation concerns and also the opportunity to share a Cup o' Joe with him and colleague Assemblymember Shelley Mayer this Saturday, July 25th from 9-11am at the Mount Olympus Diner.

I.A.F.F. – Local 628’s Executive Board of Directors have announced earlier this week that its President, Barry McGoey had been chosen the 2015 Union Man of the Year by the New York State Professional Firefighters Association. Then to top it all off, Local 628 threw a congratulations party for Mr McGoey at the Dunwoodie Golf Club Thursday night, July 23rd. Yonkers Firefighters have proven that they can keep a secret, even from President McGoey.
