The “featured” BlogTalkRadio program, “Westchester On the Level with Narog and Aris,” opens the Tuesday, May 12, 2015 program at 10am ET with Co-hosts Richard Narog and Hezi Aris engaged in Yonkers's concerns; this Tuesday it will be the devastating  financial shortfall confronting the Yonkers Public School District. The recent changing of the guard in Albany's Legislative branches; the New York State Assembly, and the New York State Senate, will be discussed, as will the Senate Republican Majority Conference, the Independent Democratic Conference, and the Senate Democratic Minority Conference and their respective future leadership roles in governance.

In light of Police Week, please reflect on the words of Yonkers Police Commissioner Charles Gardner, “Police Week is a time to show our gratitude and support to the men and women of the Yonkers Police Department who put their lives on the line to provide a safe environment for the people we serve here in our City. I am looking forward to the many activities and events scheduled during the upcoming week.” Toward that end, a YPD spokesperson will attend the show from 11-11:30am, and Yonkers Captains, Lieutenants, and Sergeants Association (CLSA) Present Lt. Thomas Phelan will speak to the solemnity of the week and its being a yearly reminder to come together during this and less complicated times.
