Co-hosts Richard Narog and Hezi Aris open the first hour of Westchester On the Level, via one of BlogTalk Radio''s "featured" programs this Tuesday, December 3rd, from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon. The subject matter will be based on issues concerning the City of Yonkers.

From 11 a.m. to 12noon, we’ll have much to discern with respect to the Diagnostic and Statistical Edition for Therapists-Fifth Edition ( DSM-V). One of the most troubling concerns in the DSM-V has been its advocacy to declassify pedophilia as a mental disorder and instead make it an alternate lifestyle.

Dorothy Mackey is our guest in the second hour. Ms. Mackey is testimony to the human spirit, surviving physical and mental abuse against excruciating odds where options are often non-existent. Ms Mackey’s demeanor eclipses the tragedy she suffered: Military Sexual Trauma (MST). Joining her is Dr. Claire R. Reeves, who stands up for young victims whose voices have been silenced, as well as the adult survivors of child abuse who had no choice and no voice. Dr. Reeves is president and founder of Mothers Against Sexual Abuse (MASA), and author of “Childhood – It Should Not Hurt”, a work respected in the United States, Canada, and the United Sates, the Mayor of Los Angeles,  the California Assembly, the California Senate, the U.S. Senate, and was the 1997 Los Angeles Woman of the Year.
