The opening 10 a.m. hour will be a discussion over the Public Private Partnership for Education (P3forE) and Yonkers Public Schools Superintendent Bernard Pierorazio who has sidestepped transparent protocol demanded of the Yonkers Board of Side-kick Joe Bracchita and Pierorazio have decided to work with Macquarie Group, despite no discussion of the creative financial concepts to be first experimented in the City of Yonkers and devoid of any local, much less Albany legislation to protect Yonkersites or other New York State citizens and communities.
