She is a Licensed/Ordained Minister. Rita is also a member of UACCCMI (United Association of Christian Clergy, Chaplains, and Counselors International). 
She has a BSN in Nursing, MBA in Management, Masters in Practical Theology/Christian Ministry, PhD in Leadership and Organizational Development, Doctorate in Clinical Theocentric Psychology, and a Doctorate of Divinity. She is an Author, Speaker, Coach, Mentor and Igniter. Her passion is Church Planting, global missions to inspire others to recognize that their future is God.
