Yvette Hyater-Adams is a lifelong artist who dances the tango with her writing and leading in the business world. In honoring her interdisciplinary life and work, she appreciates how her business life informs her creative writing and how her writing expands her creativity as a business leader. She plays in several narrative genres:  poetry and personal essay; photography and collage art; personal historian; narrative coaching; autoethnography and scholarly personal narrative, and narrative inquiry. Her works show reflective and meaning-making expressions, examining intersectionalities, advocating new narratives for women and girl leadership, mindfulness based spirituality, and being with nature.
