Bret Hart steals the show! Manitoba's biggest independant wrestling event EVER happened this past weekend, and we were there! We look at the highs and lows of the 3 day extravaganza and speak to the organizer Marc Merric about what it took to make it happen. The godfather of Manitoba pro wrestling Tony Condello was heard praising Merric's in ring work as well as his organizational skills for the 3 day/4 show event. Wrestlers from Saskatchewan, North Dakota and as far as New York City came in for the show. The weekend featured Harry Smith, formally known as David Hart Smith in WWE, and featured the city's top local talant such as Showtime Robby Royce, Anderson Tysen Moore, Billy Blaze, Big Cliff Coreleone, Zack Mercury, Matt Fairlane, Ike Idol, Danny Duggan, Cory Diamond, Cory Kincaid, Dick Walker and Mark Merric to name a few. We'll have ALL the results. Vance Nevada made a special guest appearance all three nights and had some enlightening insights into the weekend. The guest of honor Bret Hart was the hit of the Convention drawing longer lines for autographs and pictures then William Shatner, who were at one point both on the floor only about 100 feet apart.
