When you need someone to fill a position you place an ad in a paper or on an online job site and wait for qualified applicants to apply. After they apply for the position they are interviewed, and then paperwork is signed as the employer decided that they were the right person for the job. Once you have been given the position they announce, "THE POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED". God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost have a word for our souls on today.
