Pastor Thomas H. Graves Jr., a native of West College Hill in Cincinnati, Ohio and a 40 year resident of Milford, Ohio.  He accepted Christ in May of 1968 and his calling to the ministry in October of 1996.  In July of 1999 he founded and began pastoring Emmanuel Ministries and was ordained on March 4, 2000. In 2004 he received his Bachelor's of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Temple Bible College in Cincinnati, Ohio and in 2010 he received his Masters of Ministry from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, GA.  Pastor Graves is currently studying for his Masters of Divinity and Doctorate of Theology at Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, GA.  In October of 2010 he formed Beyond Measure Design and Consulting an engineering design firm.    

  • In 1983 the Jaycees of Ohio recognized and presented Pastor Graves with 1st place for his   community action program entitled “Vital Information For Very Important People (VIP2)”
  • In December of 1993, he was awarded the Unsung Hero Award for community service by the WIZF (radio station) and Cinergy (Duke Energy) for raising the awareness of African Americans achievements in our society.
  • In November of 1996, The Ohio Historical Society recognized and honored Pastor Graves his wife Judy, Ocie and Cathy Wilson for their exhibit entitled "A Walk Through Black History."  
  • In 2006 Pastor Graves created and started "Fishers of Men Hooked on Jesus Conference."  It is currently in its 8th year and deals with mens relationships with God , Family, and Community.  
  • He served in 2013 as Chaplain for the Cincinnati chapter of “Pilots for Christ.”
