Following the passage of the ADA, people with disabilities waited over 20 years  to gain access to swimming pools and spas at hotels, water parks, and more. We will discuss the 2010 ADA Standards for accessible entry and exit to newly constructed and existing swimming pools, wading pools, and spas - and who is required to comply.
