IRS versus the Tea Party

The IRS has been sending out intimidating letters to tea party and 912 groups all over the country.  Some of the questions are so vague that they are practically impossible to answer.  A few questions are clear violations of first amendment rights to free speech and freedom of association.

The ACLJ has agreed to represent the tea party, 912, and other grassroot groups in this matter.

Congressman Bill Flores has sent a letter to the IRS demanding answers and to Chairman Issa requesting an investigation and hearings.
