Developmental disabilities are a group of conditions due to an impairment in physical, learning, language, or behavior areas. About one in six children in the U.S have one or more developmental disabilities or other developmental delays. Today we have Mr. Charles A. Archer, Esq who is passionate about assisting, inspiring and uplifting everyone. As, the CEO of Evelyn Douglin Center for Serving People In Need, Inc. God has favored him the opportunity to assist 1,000 individuals in his community.
