TOPIC: Prevent All Soring Tactics (PAST) Act- H.R. 693/ S 1007

Animal Wellness Action is a 501(c)(4) organization with a mission of helping animals by promoting legal standards forbidding cruelty. We champion causes that alleviate the suffering of companion animals, farm animals, and wildlife. 

Big Lick Animal Cruelty culture that runs rampant in the Tennessee Walking Horse world in the Southeastern U.S. It's long past time to pass H.R. 693 / S. 1007, the Prevent All Soring Tactics (PAST) Act. The bill attracted its 290th House cosponsor on May 23rd- triggering a new House Rule that will bring the PAST Act to the House floor for a debate and a vote before the August recess. Bringing an end to painful scourge of soring for six decades.
