Born on a small cattle ranch in Rush City, Minnesota, Michael is the author of several children's fiction titles, as well as an avid supporter of the Children's Miracle Network. Currently on the faculty of the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Kathy is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and lifelong lover of books; however it wasn't until the occurrence of the Iraq War and George W.
