Fiona hails from London and has created a platform for International artists to showcase their artistic merits from around the world. Fiona headed up the International department at TVT Records in NY managing the International affairs for Ying Yang Twins and others. After a year, she decided to go back out on her own and created a consulting agency called The Bloom Effect.
