Aerospace physicist Russell Targ’s latest book, The Reality of ESP: A Physicist’s Proof of Psychic Abilities, presents readers with scientific proof of ESP, illustrated through his research at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI). In 1972, he cofounded a twenty-year, government-sponsored investigation of psychic abilities and remote viewing. In this presentation, Targ will detail – in his own, charming way – the recently declassified data collected at SRI. Russell Targ is a physicist and scientific researcher, whose pioneering contributions to the laser and laser communications have earned him two National Aeronautics and Space Administration awards. He has published over a hundred scientific papers on lasers, plasma physics and ESP research. Targ is also an author, songwriter, producer and teacher.
