Life is constantly challenging us to identify who we are and what matters to us. We've discussed the importance of dreams and how they create roadmaps for our lives. And yet, I continue to observe that many of us are trying to cross the "tipping point" without being grounded in who we are. Rather than working from our strengths, we work from our weaknesses. Said another way, rather than working from faith, we work from fear. Tonight, I explore how to discover your center so that we can direct our attention and energy to things that really matter. We can major in major things rather than majoring in minor things!
