As a society we love winners and hate losers. We celebrate victories and scorn defeat. And yet life is lived in trial and error. We learn to walk by falling. In fact, there are very few areas in life where we can learn the lessons without an occassional failure. However, our fear of failure and the ridicule that often accompanies it can paralyze us. Tonight we discuss the lessons we can learn from failure. It has been said that "success breds success and failure breds failure". I believe that a willingness to fail is the foundation for every success!
