Last week, we lost Whitney Houston and one of my favorite songswhich she recorded is called "The Greatest Love of All" in one verse it says ..." learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all."
Many people celebrated Valentine's Day on 2/14. For some, it was an opportunity to share and receive love. For others, it was a strark reminder of the lack of someone special in their lives. To receive love we must have love. And having love is about learning to love ourselves. When we can love ourselves with all of our strengths and weaknesses, it is easier to love another and to receive their love. And then you can FREE YOURSELF TO BE YOURSELF!
