Last year Washington and Colorado, both states in which use of medicinal was already legal,  legalized recreational use of marijuana.  Recently, however, the feds have cracked down on medical marijuana clinics in Colorado.  This raises the question, are state laws legalizing marijuana trumped by federal law.  

Join me and my guest Friar Ryan as we discuss the reclassification as a legally scheduled drug and or the decriminalization of its use.  Where does marijuana fit in under tenth amendment protections and what can we the people do to reclaim our states rights.
