The feeling of perfection can sometimes keep you stuck.  Recognize where you are right now.  While in this space of awareness; pat yourself on the back and accept your situation. Now review the thoughts accompanying the feeling of being stuck.

As you reach with Awareness and take responsibility and make conscious choice you are taking responsibility for how your feel. At this point you are moving up the vibration scale of emotion. Know that the feelings of being stuck and not reaching perfection are just habits and beliefs you are carrying within. It may be necessary to walk away, meditate, take a nap, go for a walk, go out for dinner in order to remove yourself from the situation, this gives you an opportunity to become unattached to the outcome.
