Welcome to USA Radio Show!

Live Episode hosted by Becky Jensen
featuring Rod Wittmier, Founder and Program Director
of the National Alliance to End Veteran Suicide

Rod Wittmier, of Washington state, is an Army Veteran from 74-80 that was inspired by his father's Army service during WWII in Europe.  Rod taught electronic repair in the Army Security Agency (ASA), the Army’s Military Intelligence branch.  As the founder and Program Director of the National Alliance to End Veteran Suicide, Mr. Wittmier brings to the table his passion for the cause and over 30 years of experience in educating computer programmers and designing innovative technology solutions. He thinks at a system level, yet designs solutions that relate to the individual.

In the fall of 2008 when Rod heard the statistic from the VA that 18 Veterans per day were taking their lives he stood up and said "Not in my country!"   You may learn more of the mission at www.na2evs.org and its 4 focus areas; Resource Provisioning, Education, Research and Community Engagement.

Thank you for tuning in. Stay conscious & connected!
