Carlette, often referred to as Orderthosecupcakes due to her popular Instagram name, is a vibrant and enthusiastic Licensed nurse turned baker. Carlette stumbled upon her passion for baking while working as a charge nurse at a locked psychiatric facility for teens. After turning co-workers into customers, she then developed "Cupcake Tuesday" at Skate Depot prior to its closing. Encouraging the eager crowd to "tag her on Instagram" after eating her cupcakes, her loyal fan base began.
