All I can say is Wow! I needed to hear this. From my experience I'm learning to have more joy instead of pursuing to be happy everyday. I am realizing that not everything is going to go my way everyday. Usually when one thing goes wrong my whole day is bad and awful.I'm looking for everything to be perfect. I am going to apply these principles to my own life. Debrena was very inspirational. Great show!
