May 29th 2015 is a day Vicki will never forget. It's the day she lost her daughter to a drowning accident. But it also set into motion a series of events that has saved numerous lives and created new opportunities for youth in the Chicago land area. Vicki is the CEO of the non profit organization, Smile For Nikki Foundation, named in honor of her daughter. She also has co-authored a book entitled "Women Thriving Fearlessly"
