Deb Dutilh is a spirited Relationship and Communication Maven on a mission to get frustrated partners in committed but zipped-up relationships out of the finger pointing blame game and back to authentically talking, sharing and loving again, one conversation at a time. Road-tested and proven, Deb's “7-Step, Heart of Compatibility Process” leads people on a journey to communicating with confidence, readiness and ease so they can flourish and celebrate each other in the compassionate and joyous relationships they long for.

Inspired by the untimely death of her ex-husband following on the heels of their collaborative divorce, Deb set out on a quest to learn what it takes for people to cultivate the appreciative communication she and her ex-husband shared when given a second chance during his medical crisis. Far from a newcomer to the field of communication and major life transitions, Deb is a Certified Professional Coach with a combined 30 years of international experience as a teacher, vocational trainer of adults with disabilities and Director of a 24/7 suicide crisis line. 

Helping people say good-bye to arguments, misunderstandings and pettiness is her way of making a difference in everyone’s relationships.
