Born and raised in the middle of a wheat field in rural Oklahoma, Ryan Ray never settled for ordinary. After countless moves Ryan finally decided upon Los Angeles, CA as his home, and began his lucrative climb up the corporate ladder toward what seemed like a meaningful goal. Four years later, however, Ryan’s ascent had turned from hazy into a dense fog. Impatient and verging on desperation, Ryan uprooted himself once more in a final attempt to seek out the clarity he yearned for through his first true love: travel. Four more years and four continents later, the fog finally began to lift. With the help of a career test, numerous personal-development books, lots of meditation and even a $400 psychic reading, on his 28th birthday Ryan came to the conclusion that it was up to him to define his purpose in life. Using his heart-felt passions as his guiding light, Ryan decided to take his love of inspiring and motivating others to the masses. With absolutely no experience in the entertainment industry whatsoever, in August of 2008, Ryan went on the air and the talk show “Wake UP! Explore your Passion www.wakeuptv.com was born. Though the format has continued to change, Ryan’s passion for helping others has not. Ryan’s mission, as he defines it, is to “empower others to live their lives to the fullest.” Today, Ryan continues to Host and Produce meaningful content for TV and Radio while also running business operations at Wake UP!
