Ok, this last weekend I went to the Phoenix Pet Expo and had lots of wonderful conversations and of course met some great dogs and a random lamb. Be sure to watch the video. I also was able to get an update from Soldiers Best Friend who I met and interviewed last year. And to celebrate the life and humor of Douglas Adams, I started to put together this years Towel Day program. Lots to talk about so lets get to it!

Now, I'm not advocating that we all become vigilantes but sometimes you have to wonder... Robber Chased by Dog and Dad is an example of how a thief was chased down by a dog and owner and finally stopped by a moving car. Karma? Maybe this is the nudge we need to start training for that 5K. Who needs tags and microchips when you can train your pet to speak and memorize their address: Lost Pet Parakeet Returned After Telling Cops its Address. Also, this week is: Be Kind to Animals Week . So, take your dog out for a walk, surprise your kitty with catnip, let your birds stay up an extra hour, or consider going vegetarian for a day! Whatever you do have a great week!
