Professor Ruckman has closely studied the pardons served up by former  Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour. You know the pardons that let out blood thirsty murderers? Not only let them out but pardons wiped their criminal records clean. See??? "WHAT THE HELL???" is the perfect title for our show.

And Casey Anthony's  psych evaluation was released. It said she wasn't crazy. How crazy is that? Like I said, "WHAT THE HELL???"
