9:00 PM Patrick's Interview with Pegi Burdick

DEBT, UNDER-EARNING AND OTHER FINANCIAL PREDICAMENTS WOMEN FIND
THEMSELVES IN ARE SYMPTOMS OF LARGER, UNDERLYING ISSUES

In IT’S NEVER ABOUT THE MONEY…EVEN WHEN IT IS Author Pegi Burdick Explains How
Unresolved Childhood Issues Can Cause Women’s Financial Problems

Los Angeles, CA (June 23, 2012) Pegi Burdick wants women to understand that their financial difficulties  are not really about dollars and cents. Instead, they spring from deeper, older problems. As a result, some women lead lives on two tracks, one as an authentic person; the other as an adapted persona. This conflict is the
substance of IT’S NEVER ABOUT THE MONEY…EVEN WHEN IT IS, Ms. Burdick’s new book. It was inspired by conversations she’s had with women through her coaching program, The Financial Whisperer.

“How you move through the world and how you feel should be consistent,” explains Burdick. “When they aren’t, you make poor financial choices and you rationalize negative behaviors.” Despite countless books, coaching programs and support groups seeking to help women manage their money, none provides long-term solutions because they do not uncover the real issues. Ms. Burdick’s book does.
