Understanding why you do not get results when you pray for Issues

WE believe through the Word of God that when we pray He listens and He answers; yet, there are those cases and times when we pray especially for the serious Manisfestaion of Gods's Power and Intervention in our lives and against all effort in praying, fasting and reading the word; We get no result. There are reasons behind this. There is knowledge to be aquired to gained and applied to gain total victory and enjoy the kingdom peace. Hosea 4:6 my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. "Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.
