Is our perception based on our reality of experiences or is our reality based on our perception? How can we use our perception or our reality to better our lives and create the life we truly want?

As our lives were once thought to be predestined under the control or a higher power, if we really do have free-will, then how does this idea of creating our reality through perception, or vice versa, lead us into our own power? Miss Raina will expand our consciousness and bend the thoughts of our mind to test these beliefs.
