Adura Sanya is a 25 year old real estate professional from Plainfield, New Jersey. After graduating from high school, Adura enrolled in Temple University to pursue his dreams of becoming a film director. While living in Philadelphia, he noticed that the Temple University area was undergoing a period of major redevelopment and revitalization. At the age of 20, Adura purchased his first property in the neighborhood and thus began he love for real estate. That same year, Adura decided to leave Temple University to pursue real estate full time. "I dropped out because I was a film major and did not know what the future held in that world" he explains. "Though the road was not easy at all, I was able to educate myself in the world of residential real estate investing, via trial & error." Ultimately, Adura perfected his ability to find properties and purchase them at a fraction of their value. This skill set alone has led to him buying / and selling over five (5) millions dollars worth of real estate in the metro Philadelphia area, thereby resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of annual profits. As a result of being in the trenches finding, evaluating, and purchasing houses for 5 years, Adura has been able to figure out what works and what does not work.
