Tough Talk with Guest Charlie Lobosco and Chris Majer

Charlie is a Corporate technology manager and change agent with almost forty years of teambuilding and project delivery experience. I'm also a speaker/trainer, author, blogger and soon to be a member of the tough talk community. My objective is to leave no stone unturned while promoting my brand C.A.R.E. which means Courage to take Action Relevant to Everyone. My mission is to give back, improve the workplace, grow the C.A.R.E. network thru my C.A.R.E. certification in the workplace program. My vision is to walk into a conference room and see by way of all the C.A.R.E. certified pins being worn (as a result of my training), who my true teammates actually are. There's a bottomless pit of opportunity in the workplace today provided you have the right strategy; C.A.R.E. certification is the right strategy. When C.A.R.E. is the motive, nations can be raised.

Chris is the founder and CEO of the Human Potential Project.  The company began by working with athletes and soldiers and then moved into the corporate world. Clients have included the U.S. Army, Navy and Marines - Olympic and National teams and corporate giants like
Nike, Microsoft, Intel, EDS, Capital One, AT&T, Allianz and a host of others.
