Tope Con Coolio returns to a state of vagrant normalcy this week as Stephanie, who's been out for the past several weeks due to complications from giving birth to a hand, returns to her cohost chair, which has been occupied recently by Marcus "King Kong" Dowling, Mike Rotch, and a bevvy of names that make everyone go "who cares?"
