4-29-16 Friday's TMM - Here's what happen this week with rates & housing.

This week we saw the new home sales numbers come in below the previous months as well as pending home sales numbers were below expectations. Pending home sales reflect where home sales activity may be heading. Mortgage rates rose slightly this week.
